How we are adapting to Covid-19
We would like to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who's been showing support to our little online store in this challenging time. Ingat tayong lahat! ❤️
January 21, 2020
Estimates are current as of January 21 and will apply to orders placed after this date:

All printed apparel | 2-8 business days |
All embroidered apparel | 2-8 business days |
December 15, 2020
We're doing our best to get your orders fulfilled on time, however, once they have been forwarded to the carrier, it's up to their sorting center capacity.
We have been seeing tracking links taking longer than usual to update, with shipments being stuck in pre-transit. This does not mean that your order is lost, but that it's still being processed by the carrier. The overload of shipments means shipping carriers are slower to register and ship orders from their distribution centers.
August 16, 2020
Estimates are current as of August 16 and will apply to orders placed after this date:

July 1, 2020
Here are our fulfillment estimates as of July 1:
Product | Fulfillment Time |
All printed apparel | 10-20 business days |
All embroidered apparel | 10-15 business days |

We have seen significant delays for packages going to Canada as carriers are having to navigate many regulations and restrictions. Less frequent air travel is also adding to the length of time it takes a package to travel to the destination.
Our partner carrier has advised us to allow an additional 25 business days past the last estimated date of delivery for orders to arrive. Send us a message at support@totesmanila.com for other questions.

We're staying in touch with our fulfillment partners about fulfillment and shipping delays. Here are the estimates we are currently looking at:
Product | Fulfillment Time |
All printed apparel | 10-27 business days |
All embroidered apparel | 14-17 business days |
We know this isn't what you guys are used to, so we are beyond grateful for your patience as you continue coming back to our brand and enjoying our products.

We are currently working on a reduced capacity however we don't anticipate any major delays in our production. We'll continue to fulfill and ship your orders according to our usual timeline while strictly following all the public health guidelines.
